Fish Tales is the brainchild of fish expert Bart van Olphen. For years as a chef in starred kitchens, Bart learned everything about preparing fish. Only when he left the restaurant business and threw himself into the fish trade did he see the irresponsible way in which fish and its habitat, the sea, are treated. To set an example, he founded Fish Tales, a company that works with love for the sea and fish. For example, Fish Tales' tuna is pole-caught and its salmon is also farmed or caught sustainably. It contributes to a better world, AND a better taste.
