About the product

Stuffed Old Cheese from The Cheese Room and fresh Kimchi, topped with sesame. The kimchi comes from Oh Na Mi. Also, the bun itself was developed in collaboration with Korean/Dutch company Oh Na Mi, which makes real traditional Korean kimchi and gochujang here locally. For extra flavor, there is also a hint of gochujang with the kimchi cheese filling. Delicious airy dough made with a milk dough Preparation Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (hot air). Bake the Brioche Bun for 17-19 minutes. Let the Brioche Bun cool for 15 minutes after baking for the best experience.
