Hand-laminated croissant dough made according to a French recipe. Prepared with real butter, aged cheese, and Coppa (Italian cured ham) from Lindenhoff. Preparation of Ham and Cheese Croissants The baking time for the croissants depends on the type of oven. Based on various tests, we recommend an average baking time of approximately 19–21 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. The outside of the croissant should be a deep golden brown.
