(finely ground rooibos) to the hospitality industry.

The brand believes that a good product starts with a fair and sustainable supply chain. Rooipresso® works exclusively with 100% pure, authentic rooibos from the Western Cape, protected by the official Protected Designation of Origin. In the Cederberg region, the native rooibos plant grows entirely on natural rainfall, and the harvest dries naturally under the South African sun. As a result, the processing is significantly more sustainable than that of coffee: it requires considerably less water and does not involve an energy-intensive roasting process.

Conscious entrepreneurship is at the heart of the brand. Rooipresso® supports the indigenous Khoi and San communities—the original custodians of rooibos knowledge—by contributing 1.5% of the purchase price to their designated fund. To further that impact, 5% of all business revenue also goes directly to the Rooi Roots Foundation.
