Here’s how to make the perfect Rooipresso®:
· Use a double portafilter and fill it with the same amount of Rooipresso® as you would for a regular espresso (18–20 grams is recommended).
· Do not tamp: distribute the Rooipresso® evenly, but do not tamp.
· Brew the Rooipresso® just like a regular espresso. It will run through faster than coffee—that’s how it’s supposed to be!
· Add your favorite (plant-based) milk for a creamy Rooibos Cappuccino. Top it off with a bit of honey or cinnamon if desired.
