Burrata, the creamy brother of mozzarella, conquered the hearts of Dutch cheese lovers at lightning speed. Traditional Italians will claim that the immensely popular cheese must necessarily come from the land of 'la dolce vita'; we now know better. The burrata of La Burrata is 'just' produced in Haarlem. Then again, the makers are named Ornella and Roberto, because you didn't think we could do without Italians altogether, did you?
