Bakery Kometen Bread could be described as a Corona hobby that got out of hand. Owner Lard threw himself into the noble art of bread baking during the epidemic; with unexpected success. Soon his neighbors were also begging for his wonderful sourdough bread. Lard's bread became a hit and the home bakery soon grew into a pop-up bakery cum cafe in Amsterdam- Noord. You can now find the beautiful Kometen Brood bakery at the NSDM wharf.
