Creamy white chocolate shavings for drinking chocolate. Delicious to use as a base with spices! Makes 60 cups.
1) Warm up 150ml (vegetable) milk
2) Add 25-35gr of chocolate shavings
3) Whisk until froth forms
4) Pour out and sprinkle to taste, for example with cinnamon and cayenne
