Award-winning dark chocolate shavings for a full, creamy drinking chocolate. Makes 60 cups.
1) Warm up 150ml of (vegetable) milk.
2) Add 25-35gr of chocolate shavings
3) Whip until frothy
4) Pour out and sprinkle to taste, for example with cinnamon and cayenne
