About the product

Especially for caterers, restaurants and ambitious home chefs: six bulk packs of jus de veau. Long shelf life, so always a tasty gravy on hand! Packaged in a sturdy outer box, our six-pack is delivered as a package. Jus de veau is a reduced broth, and is called the "mother of brown sauces. It is made from veal bones and a bouquet garni, which consists of carrot, celery, onions, garlic and various herbs.
