About the product

A soft, hand-knotted Scandinavian bun, made by the bakers at Läcker. The dough is filled with a homemade, spicy butter filling and generously filled with a creamy speculoos paste. Each bun is finished with crunchy speculoos crumble and fine almond flakes for a festive touch. Fresh from the oven, the first bite is the most delicious moment, as the warm, creamy speculoos filling melts gently and makes it an irresistible treat. Store at a minimum of -18 degrees Celsius. The preparation of the buns depends on the type of oven. Based on various tests, we recommend an average baking time of approx. 16-19 minutes at 160-180 degrees Celsius. The outside of the bun should be light golden brown, definitely not (dark) brown.
