Lacker Lemon Poppy Bun

“A classic combination of lemon and poppy seeds. Soft dough rolled with fresh lemon butter, made with grated organic lemon zest. The poppy seeds add a slight crunch. 90 grams per bun” Store at a minimum of -18 degrees. Baking time varies depending on the type of oven. Based on various tests, we recommend an average baking time of approximately 14–15 minutes at 150–160 degrees Celsius. The outside of the bun should be lightly browned, but definitely not (dark) brown.
