Full Circle Yuzu Lemonade

Yuzu is a rare and exclusive citrus fruit that tastes like a combination of mandarin, lemon, and grapefruit, with a unique floral top note. We capture this distinctive yuzu character in a more sustainable way by upcycling rejected mandarins, lemons, and grapefruits and blending them with fresh yuzu. Subtle notes of jasmine and pine needles complete the flavor profile. The result: a tangy syrup for a yuzu lemonade or as a unique ingredient in (non-alcoholic) cocktails, such as a non-alcoholic yuzu spritz.
