N°621 Beef Garum is your essential seasoning, made from the trimmings of Lindenhoff's quality beef. These cattle stay outside as much as possible and are fed exclusively on grass and farm residues. These beef trimmings are carefully fermented, resulting in a sustainable, E-number-free and umami-rich sauce. Use a dash to add rich, meaty flavor to stews, sauces, marinades or grilled dishes. Storage advice:All 621 Garums will keep for at least a year at room temperature unopened. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within three months.
