Wim is a potato farmer in Flevoland. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he had a surplus of potatoes. That’s when Joris and Fleur started thinking about a new potato product. Using Wim’s potatoes, they developed a savory waffle.
The product looks like a Liège waffle, but the waffles are savory and made with over 70% potato.
They make the waffles and then freeze them.
All that’s left to do is heat them up.
This can be done in the oven, air fryer, or the Turbochef. Within a few minutes, you have a base for any dish.
You can vary the toppings for a lunch dish or offer it as a snack on the menu.
