MOMA
Once you've tasted the whole milk from More than Milk Amsterdam (MOMA), you'll never settle for "normal" milk again. MOMA's milk comes from 56 French Montebéliarde cows, lovingly kept by Boy and Wendela Griffioen, of organic farm de Groene griffioen. They know the secret that milk does best when left alone. For example, Moma's milk is not homogenized; this keeps the fat globules intact, which makes for a better taste. Also, the milk is rich in protein, which makes it the perfect frothing milk.
