While learning Massage Therapy in South India, he discovered how to blend Ayurvedic spices and herbs for different teas. This went hand-in-hand with the indispensable chai culture.
From his mentor, he learned to make various chai. From immune-supporting chai to Nepalese varieties. This is where experimentation with creativity began while honoring traditions.
Bob continued to perfect his chai at a restaurant in Holland, testing thousands of small variations of his blends with his guests, until he created the final recipe for today's Classic Chai Latte.
