Meet Eyan, the founder of Chilli Chan's. During the COVID lockdown in 2021, the idea for Chilli Chan's was born when Eyan began experimenting with her mother's recipes in her quest for home-cooked meals. This resulted in her signature crispy chili oil. After sharing it with friends and family, she received overwhelmingly positive feedback, inspiring her to turn her passion into a business.

While combining her corporate job at adidas with her own business, she finally decided to take the plunge and focus entirely on Chilli Chan's. This began a new chapter in which she aims to bring delicious vegan Chinese flavors to everyone's dinner table.

Chilli Chan's vision is to bring the love of chili and flavorful Chinese food to every household, with simple and delicious recipes for every occasion. The mission is to make the most flavorful Chinese dishes accessible, using natural and preservative-free ingredients.
