About the product

N°621 Black Garlic Garum is your ultimate seasoning. Garum is made from the residue of mushrooms, which are carefully fermented. The Garum is then fused with black garlic, resulting in a sustainable, E-number-free and also delicious sauce. A dash gives sauces, soups or marinades a deep, sweet umami with a hint of garlic. Ideal for a subtle flavor explosion - a little is more than enough! Storage advice:All 621 Garums will keep unopened at room temperature for at least a year. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within three months.
